As well as acting, Joshua has written and directed half a dozen shows, taught Drama and Film Skills at Gresham’s School and worked as stage manager and lighting operator for the Auden Theatre in Norfolk. It was after high school that Jackson found his true appreciation for the arts and enrolled in a theatre studies course, being trained by some of Perth’s most professional and inspirational thespians. After completing this course, he turned his attention to film and with great success, receiving multiple lead roles in many university short films. Feeling the need to improve the talents he had, led to him auditioning for Fern Nicholson and being accepted into the Screen Acting course. Since completing the 30 week intensive training, Jackson has become a more confident, eager and intuitive actor. He is willing and able to take on roles he never thought possible, and consistently delivers a powerful performance in a professional and entertaining manner.
