Most of these films are making their way around the international short film circuit. Born and raised in Singapore Brian recently moved here with plans to take Australia by storm. Working professionally from a very early age Mel appeared in countless TVC's and magazines, TV Shows like A Country Practice and Ocean Girl as well as appearing in the Feature Film 'The Bit Part' with Nicole Kidman. Before training as an actor, she spent many years traveling the world with Musical Theatre performing in shows like Grease, Happy Days and Saturday Night Fever. Mel studied drama in L.A, and is 2002 graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, she continued her studies in 2008 at The Atlantic Theatre Company in New York. Simon came from England to Australia in 1978 and was acting in Perth amateur theatre before his return to the U.K. to study a Bachelor of Arts of the Performing Arts and Humanities at the University of East Anglia. On graduating Simon moved to London where he spent the next two years professionally touring the U.K. with the Jactito Theatre Co performing Shakespeare?s MacBeth (MacDuff) and The Tempest (Caliban). Returning to London Simon performed in a variety of professional productions (Richard III, Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Amadeus, etc) and fringe theatre Hamlet, Caucasian Chalk Circle, Endgame, etc). Simon also branched out into film and television performing in The Bill and Eastenders, music videos for Basement Jaxx and Robert Post, a Docu/Drama for the U.S Discovery channel with films 24 Hours in London and The Da Vinci Code. Simon returned to Perth in 2006 to continue acting and to study a Masters Degree in Film and Television Drama Production at Curtin University. She has received private vocal lessons since she was 10 years old and has seen many performance opportunities rise from her singing abilities including singing support for Darryl Braithwaite at his 2008 Concerts. After years of hard work and dedication Victoria was appointed Drama Captain for her final year of school which allowed her to not only perform, but direct and write her own dramatic work for a group of students. This received an Honourable Mention at the Catholic Performing Arts Festival. Despite receiving the highest mark for Drama Victoria is hard working, dedicated and persistent and always strives to reach new goals. She has had many favourite character role including Sandy in ‘Grease’ and Wendy in ‘Peter Pan’ and says that she hopes one day to perform on Broadway. less
